At Back in Strength we offer a variety of classes to ensure that your Pilates experience is tailored to your specific needs. Our classes run in 12 week terms, but you’re welcome to join at any time during the term. We know “Movement is Medicine”, and so exercise is one of the best things you can do for your general good health and well being. Our physios are passionate about helping people get back to what they love to do, or just get fitter and stronger. Our classes are fun, targeted and run by dedicated professionals.
Before you participate in a class, you need to book an initial assessment with one of our physiotherapists. Your experienced physiotherapist will take a comprehensive and holistic look at your strength, stability, flexibility and balance. We consider your past history, injuries, surgeries, plus listen to your goals and exercise preferences. Then we tailor a plan to target any specific issues and achieve your goals.
The best perk of all is that our Pilates classes are very social, with many clients making lifelong friends!
