Pink Pilates is a Pilates programme, that provides six FREE Pilates classes and our small way of giving back to the community. It is designed to help individuals gently recondition after undergoing surgery for cancer and during/following chemotherapy or radiation therapy. It doesn’t matter what type of cancer, you are welcome to attend our clinic.
About the Class:

The Pink Pilates program is delivered by physiotherapists in Canberra, and provides safe and effective regimes to maximise recovery, regain strength and endurance. We include exercises and stretches on the mat or plinths, as well as our Pilates equipment and small physiotherapy apparatus, such as balls, rollers and weights. After the six week course, along with your physiotherapist, you can reassess your situation and decide to continue on with classes or we can provide you with a home exercise program.
