Looking for Pregnancy Pilates in Canberra?

Our pregnancy classes in Canberra are a wonderful and enjoyable way to stay strong and active throughout your pregnancy. Our aim is to prepare you for late stage pregnancy, childbirth and being a new mother. We target the pelvic floor and core, buttock and upper body muscles. It is a fun and functional way to stay strong and healthy during this exciting phase. Our physiotherapist will supervise you on different apparatus, including Reformers and other Pilates equipment. The antenatal sessions are held within our Clinical Pilates Classes.

What to Expect from our Pregnancy Pilates Class

Before joining this class you will need to book an initial Pilates assessment with one of our physiotherapists, in order for them to assess your individual situation. After this initial assessment you will be able to join classes.

Postural tension
Low back pain or pelvic girdle pain
Instability in the back and pelvis
Neck and thoracic pain
